Production per hectare: 400 m³ of sawn timber
Sale price: US$ 340 per m³
Total for 25 hectares: R$ 17,000,000.00 (starting from the 9th year)
The revenue generated from the sale of sawn timber will be equally divided between the landowner and the investor, with each party receiving 50% of the total (in this case, R$ 8,500,000.00).
*For plantings larger than 100 hectares, there is the option to earn carbon credit revenue starting from the 3rd year.
